  • Comments: Well, we all know the Marines run a great race. Sure, there are no splits, but you know that going into a Pendleton race so what can you do? I think the course is great, and I do enjoy the somewhat odd distance with the longer bike leg. Overall, they are really consistent and do a nice job. I just wish that there were better arrangements for spectators. It would have been nice to see my husband before I hit the water, but he was stuck on a hill far above me. It was my in-laws' first triathlon, and I felt bad that they missed out on seeing transition.....it's a fun place to be!

  • Comments: The folks at Camp Pendleton put on a great race. The volunteers were really supportive and friendly. Would do this race again.

  • Comments: I won't be doing this race again. Even though it is cheap, I still would like to have accurate timing and transition timing. that is all.

  • Comments: Great race. Not much in the way of entertainment but very well organized and no question about where and when. Camp Pendleton puts on fantastic races, I will race here again.
