  • Comments: Other than the awards being a tad late (they were scheduled to start much earlier than in past years), this was a perfectly executed race in my eyes. And the awards didn't take 2 hours like they have in past years. I love this race and there is so much cheering at the end of it, it's perfect. Kudos to new race directors.

  • Comments: Had a great race with a 3+ minute improvement over next year. If i could just learn how to swim, I would be really competitive.

  • Comments: I placed 7th out of 39 first timers, so I am really happy about that! I think all events should give the rookies a chance to see how they stack up aginst one another. What a spectacular event and venue. This should be called the Glenwood "If youve never done a Tri and are looking for your first one" Triathlon. Well organized. Great picnic afterwards. All and all, a great experience. I AM HOOKED!

  • Comments: This is my favorite race in CO - I have done it 4x I think. I am not sure if this was my PR here, but it might have been. I need to look that up..ok here are the stats: Year/swim/bike/run/overall time/ place 2006/13:04/38:35/32:50/1:24:16/3rd OA 2003/12:59/37:13/34:19/1:24:37/3rd OA 1998/13:37/39:00/33:21/1:25:40/3rd AG 1997/13:28/39:42/32:25/1:26:25/3rd AG So it IS my PR, so I have to be happy about that - 10 years later and still improving over that course, so that's something I can take away, right? :-)
