I am presenting here a two-month program to run a faster 10K later this season. But before you jump head first into this program, please read the following points.
This program is not for everyone
I recommend it for people who can already run a 10K between 38 and 55 minutes. If you already can run in 38 minutes, you will benefit more from a specific personalized plan and probably need more than 3 workouts a week.
If you run slower than 55 minutes, you will benefit more from a beginner program targeted less to speed workouts.
