  • Comments: We run these as training to stay up with running during the winter cause lets face OWS is out of the question. I'm glad the three of us are a little mental and do these together. Thanks for sticking with me Mike for Ken didn't have to drive the course to pick me up and thanks Ken for driving up.

  • Comments: This race is part of a winter running series of 5K to 8 milers that is put on by the local running club. It is inexpensive and a great way to get outside for a run with friends during the winter. It was fun to get out and run with Mike and Dudley, I had a great time! Thanks!

  • Comments: Now I can get on the coldest run thread. 6F start to finish. Brrrr.... The hardest part was standing to start. Good call Ken. Heard of at least one runner going down. Nice that the ambulance left on it's own accord. You always wonder why I do this prior to starting and think I really enjoy it when it's done. Good race. Three down, three tough ones to go.

  • Comments: Great little 5K. Well organized and well run. Great to ride up with Ken and Mike. Thanks for running with me a while Ken. The weather was great. Flet good on the calves and finished well. I'm happy with it.
