Subject: What tire for my new tube HED 3?

I have decided to go ahead and buy an HED 3.  I am not sure yet on carbon or aluminum.  But I also need a tire.  I am looking for recommondations for a fast tub tire.  Purchasing a 700c.  I race sprint tri.  About 12 miles.  I will also to 20 - 30 mile bike races.

 I am only going to upgrade the front wheel.  I will use the stock RS10 on the back.  This is for a P2C with the T3 fork.

I would ask HED what tires they like on their wheel first. Somewhere on this sight, someone complied a chart of various tires showing their rolling resistance and wattage needed to maintain a certain speed. You will need to search the forums, I don't remember the name of the thread.
