Subject: Who's racing this weekend?

I didn't see a thread started already.. so if you are racing where and which race are you doing?

I'm doing the inaugural Plymouth Rock IM distance race with two other BTers as part of a relay team (I'm doing the bike) ...should be interesting and lots of fun!

St. Croix Sprint on the beautiful St. Croix River in Hudson, Wi. This is my first tri ever and I am pumped to be so close to be able to call myself a triathlete. Despite the cold I came down with e 3 days before the race and the blister on my foot, I am determined to finish this thing.

Va Beach Rock n Roll Half Marathon! This MUST be the best Labor Day race/beach party on the East Coast. On the beach soundstage: Billy Idol on Saturday, the B 52's on Sunday. Free admission with your bib number.

If you ever have a chance to come to Va Beach on Labor Day, you should check out this event.

Me, me (and my wife)...Disneyland 1/2 Marathon on Sunday (starting at 6am...ick...).

First half mary (actually, first race beyond 12K) for my wife and, oddly, first half mary for me...I've run a couple marathons, an 18-miler, and a 20K trail run, but never have gotten around to a HM before. (Well, other than the run segment of my one HIM...)
