Comments:

I had a blast as my perceived effort was very comfortable all day. This is my second best half marathon time ever, and I probably could have set a PR had I gone out with that in mind. I accomplished my goal of a negative splitting this race, and am very pleased with the effort. I had a great time "picking" off other racers, and from mile 7 was not passed by anyone.
What would you do differently?:

Only thing is that if a PR was real important, I should have "gone for it". I did this race following a Saturday 64 Mile Bike ride on tough terrain, so I thought being conservative was the best approach.
Post race
Warm down:

Short jog on the grass, light stretching. Jumped in my pool for 15 minutes, and iced my knees.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I took it out at an easy pace, and ran a negative split. My last miles were uphill, and I ran them stronger than the rest!

Event comments:

This is a nice race on Memorial Day. I was pleased with this effort, especially since I rode 64 Miles on Saturday.

Ran negative split on a tough course.
Course: Nice course that is primarily downhill for the first 6 miles, then has some rollers, and is a tough uphill for the last 5 miles. Not much relief from the hills.

It must feel even better knowing that you had the big ride on Saturday.  Do you wonder how fast you could run if you weren't training for tris?  Maybe you already tried that.  Looks like you're about ready for some big races.  Good control of your pace and effort.  Race management was probably more important than the PR.  Great outing!

I'm still glad you're not in my AG!
