Subject: 1/2 Iron in 9 weeks I just signed up for a 1/2 Iron in 9 weeks. I was in great shape until a car accident that left me unable to train until 1 week ago. I still am able to run around a 45:00 10K. So I am not in that bad of shape. Will I have any benefit from doing any Olymipic distances in say, 4 weeks or should I just devote my time to training? Does anyone have any training programs you can direct me to. I know it's crazy but I got called out by a friend who already had registered and bought his plane ticket to come to the event, and told me he would beat me by no less that 30 min. Wish me luck. |
