Subject: Curse of the Muppet Movie
As I was watching The Muppet Movie DVD with my kids yesterday, it occurred to me that nearly everyone in the movie or affiliated with the movie is dead. Granted the movie is now 30 years old, but it still seems a little unusual so many of these stars are gone, with many dying long before their time.

Is the movie cursed, ala "Poltergeist" and "The Exorcist"?

I give you the Muppet Movie Dead List:

Jim Henson
Richard Pryor
Madeline Kahn
Milton Berle
Bob Hope
Dom Deluise
Edgar Burgen
Orson Welles
James Coburn
Telly Savales
Paul Williams (well, his career at least died years ago)

Even more surprising is that Charles Durning and Cloris Leachman are still alive.

Well, it was made 30+ years ago, with cameos of established actors.

But there was one youngish comedian who was featured who is still alive:

Steve Martin in The Muppet Movie
