80/20 rule.....

Eat right 80% of the time and let it go (within reason) 20% of the time.....

Let this be part of your 20%

My problem is: I interpret that as I should eat 80% of the donuts and leave 20% for everyone else!

Wait - eat 80% of the donuts?  I'm OK with that!

I actually follow a 10% rule - 2 meals a week I allow myself to eat unhealthy but tasty things; 3 days a month I can skip my training without guilt.  I figure if I am on track 90% of the time, I am doing a pretty good job.  Plus if I have a week or month of 100%, I feel especially good.

So...original glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts each are 200 calories, 12g of fat, 6g of saturated fat, and 22g carbohydrate.  The glazed donut from Dunkin Donuts has 220 calories,  9g of fat, 4g of saturated fat and 31g of total carbs.

Sign me up for a dozen of them.  I won't have to eat anything else for a full day!

haha! Embarassed  No, i usually know what I want ... though I have seen it! And i still want one but am supressing the urge. The main issue is that Tim's is the only place nearby. Now if there was a Booster Juice or some other healthy thing I could convince myself to do that!
