I actually follow a 10% rule - 2 meals a week I allow myself to eat unhealthy but tasty things; 3 days a month I can skip my training without guilt. I figure if I am on track 90% of the time, I am doing a pretty good job. Plus if I have a week or month of 100%, I feel especially good. |
