Subject: NEW 910 xt issueAfter the Galveston half iron, when things settled:- ) and I went to upload the data from my 910 xt. No love. Tried everything I could think of, and wound up calling customer service. In the end we got an abbreviated version of the file to upload, but not everything - the swim uploaded as a run, the bike is missing power data, and the run was more than a mile short. And transitions are missing altogether. Thought maybe I had done something wrong, file was corrupt, etc. Life went on as normal. Fast forward to last weekend's tri. Same issue. Got Garmin on the phone again, emailed the files from both races, created a few more, rebooted the watch, etc. Through all the troubleshooting, we discovered the problem only happens when I have the powertap connected and I'm in multisport mode. If I'm in single sport mode OR the powertap isn't paired, there isn't a problem. Two days of emails and phone calls. Yesterday I got an email telling me the problem is with Garmin Connect and the way it handles the files. The engineers are working on it, and it will be one of the things that gets changed when the next update occurs. Just a heads up for anyone who might be having this problem.
