BTW, if you have a better idea I'm all up for it! I just don't know any other way to do it (can you tell this is my first time organizing a challenge??? )
Hm, you could just count pounds lost.
Say "Janie" has a goal of losing 8 lbs....
The first week, she loses 2 lbs. So she's at 25% of her goal....
By the last week, she's lost all 8 lbs, giving her 100% of her goal.
