Comments: Still need to work on the distance swimming. What would you do differently?: Continue to work on distance swimming Transition 1
Comments: considering I had to finish peeling off the wetsuit, which went better than expected, not to bad. What would you do differently?: getting shoes on was slighty difficult. would change that Bike

What would you do differently?: not much, 25 seconds is pretty good (of course i use the same shoes to bike and run Run
Comments: decent run time, but it hurt, but the bike was a good time, so i'll accept the pain What would you do differently?: keep improving time, after all I think that is a PR for a 5k tri run. Post race
