Feel free to talk smack or any other mindless banter about the Super Bowl.

I am just glad that a playoff system delivers the best two teams in the Championship game.  With a 10-6 vs. 16-0 team maybe the NFL is better off going the BCS route

So much for further asking the wife about heading to Arizona to party Super Bowl weekend.

P.S.  So begins the two weeks of talking heads making this prediction and that and talking about things that don’t even matter.  ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Two weeks is too long.

I'm excited.  I can't help it.  I hate Brett Favre (I dated his cousin David), and I like Manning (always liked dem Saints).

Between the football haters and the Patriot haters, I'm sure we'll have some stimulating conversations. Then there's the sour grapes contingency...

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest that the week 17 matchup of the Pats and Giants was a fluke. The Pats will win by a large margin. I know, I know. I'm CRAZY!

How is your avatar associated with a bear, since all your other avatars had some kind of association with it?  Is that player's nickname "the bear" or "bear"?

No, his name is "starting quarterback and coach of the national championship football team posing with their recently won trophy." And you're wrong in your assumption and/or not very observant, as I've had many non-bear avatars.

I don't want to get snipped at here...but I think the Giants defensive line is better than anything Brady had to deal with and that is why the last game was pretty close. Brady had enough time to get some other supermodel pregnant during the San Diego game....Eli Manning has progressed nicely and has not made many mistakes during the last half of the season. Just because he doesn't jump up and down and scream and yell does not mean he is not an intense competitor.  My 2 cents...

Oh how I love the hypocrites at the NFL.  A few ago a member of one of the bands scheduled to perform was arrested for possession of marijuana so the NFL canceled them and brought in Paul McCartney....like he's never lite up a bowl or a dozen...for his clean image.  Now it's Tom Petty and the Last Dance with Mary Jane....PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFTTTTTtttttttttttttttttttttttt.....AHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

It is.  And I'm sure Tom Petty is the Poster Child of clean living that the NFL wishes to portray to it's customers.

They had ZZ TOP at half time of a BCS game, do you think they are a little nervous about running any of these young hot chicks out there??

Not that I had definite plans before the Packers game but I did start asking.  I stopped asking.

Did I hit a nerve or something, which I wasn't trying to.  Sheesh.  Lighten up, dude.  Got to lay on both barrels?  Just a simple question, since I don't spend every minute on here waiting for you to change your avatar and make a note of it for posterity.  I'll clarify -

"...since all your other avatars..." and I'll add "that I have noticed at times".

Hmmm, not sure what in my reply led you to believe you hit a nerve. Maybe you should follow your own advice and "Lighten up, dude."
