I'll be busy, very busy tomorrow between a half Marathon, family, good food and a nap or two, so I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy and safe Thanksgiving. I've a lot to be thankful for, including all the kind folks here on the boards. Ya'll be good.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I'm truly thankful for this board. Deep at heart, I'm overly cynical and not the biggest fan of the human race. Here, I've have truly seen the best that people are capable of. You make me laugh and you make me damn near cry sometimes, but each of you in your own way have restored my faith in humankind. You sincerely encourage people that you don't know to not skip a workout or get down on themselves. You offer really nice, thoughtful words when people experience a loss or are generally having a really crappy day. You raise funds for all kinds of research of every horrible disease imaginable and unimaginable. You push the limits of yourselves every day to show exactly how far a humble start and lots of hard work and dedication will get you. BT.com, you are some of the best people I've never had the privilege to meet Thank you for participating here and thank you Ron, for creating this awesome little mecca we call home.

A Happy Thankgiving to all my forum friends. May your turkey be moist and tender and may your cranberry sauce be plentiful and delightful. :-)

i'll be spending my t-day with the in-laws, hundreds of miles away from my bike and a pool. Thank goodness for running shoes. I hope for a long run this morning, but with my husband and foreign exchange student coming with me, I'll be lucky to do a 5K. Everone enjoy their day. Kat

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Rest day for me. Though I may do some easy work, like ease up to the table for dinner, ease over to the buffet for desert, ease onto the sofa for a nap. You know the regular Thanksgiving workout. ;-)

Adios
Dave

A toast to all the BTers: to the many things we are thankful for, particularly able bodies to swim, bike and run. Cheers!
