Ok so now I am being picky, but I always feel a little deflated when I have not done a bike, run or swim but instead have done 2 hours of soccer or bball etc, and it shows as "yellow" in the calendar (the same as if you have not done any exercise but put in nutrition info).

Like I said ... me being picky, but it would be nice if it was indicated as a day of training cause I sure as hell feel stuffed at the end of it Just a thought ... keep up the great work!!

For the time being, I put my general comments for the day in the comment box for "Sports" and it takes care of that... Probably just a SELECT...CASE order thing in the programming that picks the colors.

LOL... I thought the same thing the other day when I put in my weight routine and some rowing time and had a yellow day... I was really bummed! I had worked out really hard and felt cheated because to me when I looked back on my log book it looked like I had taken way more days off than I had. I thought i was just being anal or that I was weird, its good to know I was not the only one who thought this!

i will make it a point to change it so that yellow days = ONLY 'overall comments'  - i may tweak a few other 'rules' governing activities/vs color from other threads...sorry guys, initially i couldnt anticipate all possible scenarios until the guinea pigs tested it.

Would not training by any colour smell just as sweaty?

Hey pigpen, i was thinking the same thing ... is it just me being anal ... its amazing how you rely on seing those "pinkish" days as a motivator, so when you see a sports day listed as yellow not pink, kinda feel like i took it easy or something ... make sports days pink and all is well in my life

Thanks for the tip scuba-punk, also to avoid the "dreaded yellow" on a sports day, all the nutritional information has to go in the sports comments as well.

weight room days will give you a yellow too... The most depressing day for me was one where I lifted for 45 min and rowed for 20 and got a stinking yellow day... Thanks for letting us know you will fix this in the future Ron!!!
