Bagel and banana for breakfast. Stretch.

Run was nice. Good have gone a little faster but very satisfied. First 1/2 mile was rough due to the abmount of people.
What would you do differently?:

Train Harder!!!

Warm down:

Stretch. Drink a lot of poweraid and water. Ate free fruit

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just need to keep training

Event comments:

Great race. Toooo many people. Had a lot of fun. Longest run to date! I guess its a PB, but I have only done this distance twice, once on a treadmill.

Awesome job!!  Good work on the PR.  So was it easier for you to run the distance on the treadmill or in the race?
