women's bike shorts

Now that I have my new bike and am using it... I really need a great pair of bike shorts. A bit about me... I am 5"1, a pear, want a 8-9 inch inseam, and wear a size 16w... so probably a xxl or 1x. I was looking at the shorts in Terry's cycle... but before ordering wanted to get your suggestions for bike shorts from this list (so many choices). I def. want women's short as I feel they will be roomier. One more thing... I am in AZ so I need somewhat of a good breathable fabric.
