Subject: Healing vibes & good thoughts needed.............
Well, I finally went to the doctor last week for the severe pain in both of my wrists and fatigue. The pain was previously misdiagnosed as carpel tunnel, but really wasn't a stretch because I'm a paralegal and have worked as a secretary for almost 20 years now.

The new doc I saw believes it's arthritis or lupus. Doing blood tests tomorrow. Cross your fingers.

I'm also going to an ortho doc for the cyst on my ankle that's giving me fits when I run. Dang, it's terrible getting old.

I'm kind of freaking out and trying not to think the worst.

According to the test results I have an under-active thyroid. Started taking the medication this a.m.

Just waiting for one more result, should be here next week some time.

Having a MRI of my ankle next week - keep your fingers crossed - the doctor wants to make sure the cyst hasn't attached itself to something.

Mary....I had a lupus scare once too, it sucked. I hope and pray that's all this is for you, too.

Also, I have an underactive thyroid too...it may take a while to get your medication down right  but you WILL feel better. 

I have twins too...ain't it fun?

Damn we have a lot in common

Hope that last test shows all else is fine, I am praying for you.
