OMG, that's hysterical.  I'm still laughing....

When the condensation in your breath freezes your eyelashes together - last year a couple of mornings when I was walking (windchill of -35C) I would get home and have to pick the ice out of my eyelashes...brrr...

This happened to me a few years ago, it was -20 with -60 windchill...

My dogs get all excited when it's cold outside, so they want to go for more frequent and longer walks...........and I bundle up in every piece of clothing I can find, and still I have tears running down my face, snot dripping off my nose, and I can't feel my fingers.

Down here, you know it's cold when you have to wear a long-sleeved CoolMax to run in the morning. Brrrrr, 41 degrees F today, will get all the way down to 27 tomorrow!

Yeah, it was shorts weather here too, until this past weekend. Yesterday and Sunday the actual temp was about 10 F with a wind chill about 20 degrees colder (stop sending your weather down here, Lisa!). Had to put on shoes and a coat to go out and feed the dog. But I still went went for a 30 min. walk yesterday.

One of my co-workers asked me how it was outside and I said it would be fine if the wind wasn't blowing and he said "the wind is there to get you where the cold doesn't reach".

You know its cold when jumper cables become part of your daily routine.

I had to run the defroster on my windshield for a minute or two this morning, but then I had to roll the windows down so as to not overheat. I guess the mild winter makes up for the 90/90 club in the summer (90 degrees, 90% humidity).... Hope to move north in a few years...

....your wife / girl friend / significant other has the "headlights" turned on all day.

I'm in Beaumont, but I train in Houston 3 days a week. BTW, San Antonio is awesome!
