Something I have noticed...

I have noticed that while I can talk about doing races, I can train with the intent on doing a race, but once I officially sign up and pay the registration fee, then it is a new ballgame so to speak. I recently signed up for my first OLY Tri in May and since then, I have unintentionally been stepping up my workouts. I am a timer, and I time everything. I have seen where my times are shrinking on the swims and even doing better riding!
