WCCO lets Paul Douglas go - your thoughts?

Chicken Little has left the building.

I get tired of hearing that this is the worst storm to hit us in a long time. The guy always tried to scare the public. I know my wife would watch him when storms were on the way, and it was off to the basement. Then she yelled at me for staying upstairs.

Hopefully the rest of the stations will stop with the "The Sky is falling" routine. Yes the sky is falling, that stuff is rain or snow depending on the season.

YES!! I can't stand that guy.  I get so sick of just trying to watch the weather and seeing him make all his stupid arse I'm so frickin funny faces. Mugging for the camera and acting like an idiot with Don Shelby gets soooo annoying.

Too bad Shelby didn't go with him. I think he spends alot of time staring at himself in the mirror.

This is why I watch Kare 11.

Yes! KARE 11 is by far the best.

As for Paul Douglas, I think he has done just fine for himself over the years. No sympathy needed.

Don't care. News people are just like anyone else with a job. Sometimes they get booted, whether just or not.

I think as soon as his non compete is up PD will land on another Mpls station. He'll be fine.
