Subject: Kestrel Talon
I just wanted to know if this is a good deal. My LBS has a used(great condition) kestrel Talon carbon tri bike that is outfitted with full dura ace components and carbon HED aerobars. They are asking $1500 for it, and from what I have researched this seems like a really good deal. Just curious as to what you guys think.

That is a fantastic deal....if it fits.  My KT frame cost me close to that.

BTW...I LOVE my bike.

Another happy Talon owner (uploading today's ride to motionbased right now).

Sounds pretty good, what year is the Talon? I didn't pay much more than that for mine new, but it only had dura ace derailers, everything else was Ultegra. Are the areobars a full carbon HED cockpit or clip ons?

Sounds like a great deal. Just to give you an idea, bikesdirect.com has a new one, with Ultegra, for 1900.
