I recently changed to NB 1223 - BIG difference in my run & recovery. Very happy with them.

I have been in the beast for about 4 months and they are good shoes.  They are a little heavy.  Trust me go to the LRS and get fitted or you will wind up with feet problems.  PF is prone in clyds.

Brooks Beast as well for me. I have been in them for the last 3 years. 6'2" and currently 205+/- 5.

I have horribly flat feet as well and the beast really holds up well. I did go to custom orthotics this year and so far they are feeling great. It's about time for a new pair (350 miles or so) and will likely get them again.

Does anyone use Saucony?  I just bought a pair of Progrid/Guide.

I bought a pair of saucony trigon 5 about 3 months ago on a clearance and added them to the rotation. I've got about 80-100 miles in them and they have been real good to me I would buy another pair.

Thanks, I only have a few miles on mine, they seem OK so far.

I would echo the thought of earlier posters.  Go to a store and get fitted for a shoe that is right for your running style.
