Oh Hey Yo,

Let me tell everyone, I'm glad that my friend showed me this website. They have this cool website thing for hikers, but I was looking for one that triathletes could go to. Wouldn't ya know!

Welp, I'm a 22 year old male that is currently planning on doing four triathlons this coming summer. I believe that it is going to be one of the biggest physical undertakings I have ever done. My freshman year of college I ran my first and only marathon. It was a decent time. It was going to be followed up the next year with another marathon and hopefully a trip to Boston, but that never happened. Humid weather, too many miles, and too much work all led to a giant distaste for running. Looking for a switch my friend told me I should try a triathlon.

This is what I was looking for. I didn't have to focus on running all the time. I could put all my efforts all over the place. MM! What a great sport. After my first triathlon, since I didn't have a girlfriend, I would have to say that it was the love in my life. That's all I could look forward to, as I am now. Sometimes school doesn't really matter because I think to myself, I need to swim and bike today before I start my homework.

I would just like to say that I'm excited for the coming summer and I'm also geeked that I have found a place to go with questions. I hope that all of you do well in your coming triathlons. Later on.

Welcome Bigdams
Now I can keep track of you, and make sure that I will still be able to beat you when we meet in competition. Give me a call when you come home on the weekends.

This is a great site for staying motivated and for getting some very useful info on this challenging sport. I love it. Welcome to the group and good luck on meeting and beating your goals. Your young and getting into a sport that keeps you in top shape and in the presence of great looking ladies, man I feel for you. NOT! I wish I would have gotten started in college. Keep up with your studies and training - you will do great.

Later on.
