Per Running Away the race is on pace to sell out in May....I'm racing the day before but I think I'll be signing up anyway.

man I would totally like to try out a half mary again because I think I would pr but its the same day as the rockman tri.

I have a question for anyone who has raced it before. My wife is training for her first mary in October and wants to do this as her first 1/2. She freaked out when she saw the no headphones rule. (I am not here to discuss if running with headphones is right or wrong.) I told her I have never seen this enforced at a running race, but she wants me to check it before she registers. So, is the rule enforrced on the NS 1/2?

You should honor the rules of the race. Twin cities marathon went through all the finishing photoes and DQ'd anyone wearing headphones and banned them from racing again. Is it likely to happen at NS? Probably not. They have rules for a reason though...
