Hello all, I've been enjoying the forum, lots of good stuff here. I'm a late re-bloomer...I've raced bikes, done some duathlons back when they were biathlons, and I did a marathon this fall. Now I'm looking for something that's not as brutal as just running. Don't think I'm Ironman material, but who knows.

Welcome to BT! I also switched from running to tri's and it was a good move. Breaks up the monotony. good luck!

Like both of you I switched from running to tri's. It's nice in that
it takes some stress of pounding pavement off your knees. The
easy way for me to know I'm not 18 anymore is to go for a run
after a layoff. Anyway welcome and good luck training!! Enjoy this
site.
