I am trying to figure this out myself. I have the picture uploaded, but it isn't showing up on the forum. I know it's probably easy, but I'm just not doing something right... If I figure it out, I'll let you know...

Ok..I did figure it out. You have to go to a site like shutterfly.com or ofoto.com and set up an album. Once you do that; right click on the picture that you want to add to your profile on this site. Next, click on "properties," and hi-light the file name. Click "copy." Once you get back here to your control panel, paste the file location to the photo URL and then the Image URL also...Click "Submit." Once you do that, your image will appear.

Going to shutterfly or ofoto will resolve your issue of the file size being to big. They automatically adjust it for you....

If you are not a computer junkie, this may be rather confusing.... If you have any questions about it, give me a shout!

Lara, I have no idea how to resize a picture. For that matter I have no idea how to check on the current size of a picture. Unfortunatly I have no time at home to learn about my computer better. As for work our version of high tech is a tv, vcr and wood stove. Scary that a town building is still primarly heated with a wood stove . What should you expect from an office that started life as a chicken coop. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Thank you Lara, I think that may have worked. It seemed to take and we will see if I did it right soon enough. By the way what causes the red X in the photo box. I am excited that I have gotten this far.
