A little longer for shipping. It took a few weeks for them to ship the order, but recieved the order within 4 days of their shipment email. I used my debit card from my checking account to pay for the order, and the interesting thing was that my bank charged me $1 for the currency exchange. Fricking banks. Still can't beat their prices though. Darren |

The prices are good. 3 of the dozen times, the order hasn't been received or something was wrong (i.e. a 10 speed cassette only came with 9 cogs.) I find it difficult to get orders fixed. I never did get the other cog. Actually I find that customer service is often the problem when buying online, therefore, I don't do it anymore. |
