Please stop by lrunfit's blog and give her some positive reinforcement.  It appears that she suffered a very painful incident.  Short story - broken jaw in 3 places.

Thank you and thanks to everyone who sent me inspires - I am home and able to still train - no running though.

If anyone wants to send me smoothie or blender recipies please do!  Beleive it or not I was actually told by the dr that I could put a piece of pizza in the belnder and just pulverize it and eat it through my lovely syrninge. It only takes about 2 hours to eat anything decent through there! Guess it will be lots of protein shakes and baby food.

 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen peaches

1 banana

1 cup skim milk

2 scoops protein powder.

 Yummy......

When my husband broke his jaw, we blendered up some Hunan Chicken when he got really desperate. Mostly, he ate a LOT of soup. Soft-scrambled eggs work. Mashed potatoes. Anything that can be swallowed without chewing. He got sick of sweet stuff really fast, so it was anything to get something savory in him.
