Anybody out there living and training in Louisville?

1) I am looking for early morning (5am) running partners to run hills and tempo runs around Louisville (Davidson Mesa is close).
2) Weekend bike rides are definitely an option in the early morning hours.
3) Open water swims a must.

We often do rides leaving from Noth Boulder on th weekends.  We'll keep ya in the loop it you're interested.

That would be great. What pace are your riding? Drafting allowed? Do you drop riders?
