Subject: Foot Pain in my new cycling shoes
Have a question to anyone out there that might have experienced the same thing, my new cycling are killing my feet approx 10min into my ride. I had them fitted from a cycling shop they hurt on the outside of my feet. Any suggestion on how I can repair this or is it because my shoes are new and need to break them in.

Thanks

If you feel that your shoes are not too tight, and if you were fit at your LBS hopefully they did a porper fit with you, then it may just be a period of adjustment. If your going from cycling in tennis shoes to cylcing shoes, cycling shoes are much more rigid, it may take a few rides to get used to them. If you still don't feel they are right, go back to your shop.
