Since Lake Mills is almost to Madison, Amy and I are thinking of riding one loop of the IMWI course after the Lake Mills Sprint that morning.

I won't be in race shape to run Lake Mills, but depending on your pace, I might be interested in joining for an after bike. Since I'm in the process of writing a new annual plan, my long rides have been...well non-existent.

 Also, where are you planning on starting from?
