I've had kids standing and floating on kickboards in my lane. I tried talking to them, but it didn't do any good. It's like tailgating or honking at inconsiderate/unsafe drivers. I have a little faith in mankind as far as getting jerks to stop begin jerks. I try to work around them, but I still get mad.

I loved the "act like your peeing in front of her" idea!

Maybe when you are done with your laps, you could pull a "caddyshack" and leave a chocolate floatie in the water!

Just use whatever space is still available, you can also turn a bit more to the left. If that space wouldn't be enough anymore, ask politely to keep some space in the middle.
It's of no use to act like a jerk, if you do that you're worse then the person who's blocking since they often don't even realize it's bothering.
