Subject: Viewing others logs
Is it possible to view other triathletes training logs or is it by permission only or what??

Where do I access this if possible?

It is quite possible to view another member's blog and even to add your own comments.  At the bottom of each member's response within a thread, there will be buttons for "Profile", "Stats", "Private Message", "EMail", "Logs", and "Races".  Or, just click on the member's "nom de plume", which will bring you to that person's Profile page. Go to the bottom of that page and hit the "logs" button and it will bring you there.

Also Randy, if you want to make a comment, just a "well done" or some kind of advice, just click on the "Inspire Me" link at the top of each days log.  You can add a comment for that person to read.

I'll admit the first thing I do when I log on is check my log for messages that people have posted on my log.  It's a really good way of exchanging ideas on training.
