LOST Season Finale!!! (with spoilers) (Page 3)

Right.  Crap.  That's going to be a cool little triangle.

Except that Jack's demeanor in the scene from, I think last season, where he shows up at the funeral and then they ask him "friend or family" and he says "neither" -  he seemed to really dislike/had disdain for whoever was in the casket. Sawyer might make sense, b/c Jack is all jealous cuz Kate likes Sawyer too and they tend to butt heads b/c of that. But he's got nothing against Desmond, cuz Desmond's been a good guy. So Locke makes the most sense - Jack doesn't dislike anyone more than he comes to dislike Locke - not even Sawyer. It's interesting to go back and watch the earlier seasons and see how Ben plants the seeds to turn Jack and Locke against each other - and all for Ben's own motives.  

I wondered the same thing! Were they too close/close enough to the island to go with it??

I'm thinking they bought it with the freighter. They were all inconsequental characters...

Did ya see Josh Holloway on Jimmy Kimmel 2 weeks ago. Totally ruined him for me. I like his character much better!!!

Little Walt really grew up fast.

But what about Vincent?

Not all. Danniel Farraday was piloting the raft.

I'm thinking they were close enough to the island to get moved with it.

Yeah, I don't think we've seen the end of Daniel, which probably means that the raft is safe.

And I hope Vincent is still okay. I hate it when shows/movies kill off animals.

But is the island moving through time, or just through space?

We do know that Ben goes straight from operating the movement mechanism to the Tunisian desert. In the future.

So it's OK to massacre dozens of extras, just don't hurt the pooch?

Vincent was more of a character than the nameless/faceless extras.

I think whatever he said to her before he jumped had to do with the episode in the flash forward when Jack and Kate were engaged. It was the episode when Jack left Kate after he  flipped out on her for getting home late and learning she had been doing something Sawyer had asked her to do.  I guess it could be something about Sawyer's daughter. 

They also showed Sayid in the casket. 

I loved the back & forth between Ben & LOcke when they got off the elevator.

I think Charlotte is actually Annie, the girl from the Dharma Initiative that Ben had a thing for when he was 12 and gave him that doll.  If she is maybe he'll meet her and his heart will grow three sizes and he won't want to kill Penny anymore.

And what was with Christian showing up right before the bomb went off and telling Michael "you can go now" or something like that.  I know they aren't in purgatory, right?

I took it to mean the island was releasing Michael to die.

The age isn't right, though. Ben is probably what - early 40s? Charlotte seems about late-20s. I think Lostpedia gives her age as 27.

My bad - Lostpedia lists her bday as 1979, which apparently Ben rattled off in a previous episode. Still though. Unless there is time traveling involved, the ages are off. If she actually is a good 10 years younger than he, they would not have been friends when he was 12 - she would have been a toddler. We'll see, I guess.

I totally didn't get that last night....thanks for clearing that up for me! Now it makes sense why Christian was there since he speaks for Jacob. (so I had just had a big AHA! moment and got weird looks )
