Subject: Graphs and charts aren't showing up

I cannot see my graphs or charts, or anyone else's, since we reloaded Windows XP onto our computer this weekend.  I've tried all the settings in my control panel, to no avail.  All I see are red X's.

If you restored XP, you will probably have to re-download some JAVA:

Download some JAVA
