IM WI mini-camp last minute details - input needed

Errors persisting, and I forgot to check the box that allows users to add new poll options so that I can create options for Saturday night and Sunday AM.  Sooooooo, if you WILL be joining us for dinner on Saturday night and/or breakfast on Sunday, just vote for those options.  Crap, I just noticed there are 2 options for Sunday AM that are the same thing, so just vote for one of them.  If you will have additional family members with you please note them below so we can add to the head count.

OK, its almost go time.  I tried this poll earlier today and kept getting errors, so hopefully it will work this time.  Basically, I'm trying to get a head count for potential get-togethers for dinners on 2 nights and Sunday post-run/swim breakfast.  Vote above (set up for multiple voting).  If the error persists when I post this I'll try to add poll options to bypass the errors.

The final schedule is posted in this thread.  Be sure to scroll down to the middle of the thread for the revised version.  Print out hard copies of all pertinent maps linked in the thread so that you have them in Madison.  Also, yams attached some files in his last post in the thread that had written descriptions of bike and run courses that you can print out.  At this point, there are no plans for providing on-course fluids, etc on Saturdays bike ride.  So, this will be a self-supported ride.  You should have refills on fluids, energy, etc at your vehicle at Firemans Park that you can pick up when we return from Madison after the first part of the ride, and then also after the first loop if you are doing two of the 40 mile loops. 

I'll be doing on-camera interviews of campers and Ron will post them on a special section of the BT website specifically for this mini-camp.  We'll also take tons of pics to post there as well.  If you want to get your interview on BT start thinking about answers to questions like why you are doing an IM, why did you pick IM WI, what are your goals, what you want to get out of the mini-camp, etc.

I don't want to post my cell phone number here, but I may PM it to a few people so that we can communicate if needed.  I have no clue right now about places to eat on Fri and Sat night.  The thread with the schedule had some discussion on it but no decisions.  We'll figure it out.
