Subject: New work out routine
Hey all, been away from the Net for a bit. trying to waste less time on it.

Anyway, I found a new whole body strength routine...

Climbing trees!

We moved from a rental into a house we purchased that has a couple trees out front. A couple weeks ago while waiting for the dog to do her business I got bored and started climbing.

I took me a few days to figure out why I was so sore. Been doing it every other day since then.

Tonight I finally struggled my way into the harder tree for the first time. Gotta keep working so I can tackle the big ones in the back yard.

Just under two weeks till my first Tri. Haven't been training as often as I wanted, but I feel ready to complete it. I'm also signed up for second tri in July and getting ready to put my money down for and Xterra race in August.

That sounds like a fun workout! I love tree climbing.

Make sure you don't fall out though, would probably be bad.

IMO magnolia trees are the best to climb in.... although maybe not for strength building.
