Just got an email saying that any confirmed changes will be announced Thursday afternoon and should be up on the website by Thursday night/Friday morning.

Really - Des Moines is in a lot better shape than many communities in Iowa.  After 1993, they did a ton of work to make sure that stuff would not happen again.  I don't think that helps the Gray's Lake situation, though.  I think it will be bacteria, and not water level, that pushed the RD's one way or the other.  What do we have - 11 days?  I am skeptical at this point.
