Subject: Motor City Triathlon Apres Course (after race).

A great spot for an apres course for Motor City is Astoria Bakery in Greektown. Fantastic coffee, felonious pasteries (hey, you just did a triathlon, you deserve it...) and the urbane Greektown vibe.

If you like Napoleans these are the very finest. Also, the coffee at Astoria is oddly good. Sarah and I will both be there after the race. See you there perhaps.
