Well, with threatening t-storms brewing through my area, it will more than likely be a lazy day, but maybe I can do some simple core work while in the house.

Not taking my own advice, TRI-FATBOY sinned me into it, leaving now, going for a 1500m swim.
Thanks TRI-FATBOY

13 mile run this am-done.  18 holes golf with wifey and 2 boys at 1230.  Dinner out (my pick).  Evening bike ride with whatever time and energy remains.  Happy Fathers Day to me!

Run this morning, bike this afternoon, swim with the kids this evening, then pizza and beer for dinner.  I wish every day could be the same.

1stTimeTri - 2008-06-15 6:51 AM Well, with threatening t-storms brewing through my area, it will more than likely be a lazy day, but maybe I can do some simple core work while in the house.

Vacuumed the house, did a 22 mile bike w/a 4 mile BRICK, play ball with my 2 youngest sons, mow the lawn before dark (1-1/3 acres, and the back 1/4 acre was like jet-skiing on my rider mower because of the standing water from the storms we've had the past week).  Wife made a great baked chicken dinner.  Now, I'll think of having either a Beam and Coke to relax or a Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy to drink.

Here's to a Happy Father's Day to you!
