Subject: bike computer recommendations please!
I'm taking back my Sigma wireless bike computer because it is more trouble than it is worth to keep fiddling with it to get it working....didn't work for my first Oly on Saturday either!

So I'm looking at the Cat Eye v2c wireless . Has anyone used this? Does it work well? Or should I consider another model.

Any advice would be appreciated, just don't ask me to get another Sigma, cause that ain't gonna happen.

I like my CatEye Astrale 8.  Very reasonable price and works well. 

My ex has the wireless CatEye and it doesn't show cadence.  Most wireless bike computers don't.

Thanks D.K. The model I'm looking at has cadence which is why I'm considering it. To me, cadence is almost as important as speed.

I'm assuming the Astrale8 is wired. How obtrusive are the wires? Is it a problem when you are constantly putting a bike in and out of the car?
