Subject: Groin pull and racing in 2 days Very mild pull, only can feel it jogging today, quite tender, race is in 2 days. Happened on Monday and have been taking it easy since then. Advil? Should I use hot or cold pack? Anything special on race day? Have been icing it last 2 nights and taking a few advil. Dumb, to have this happen race week, please be kind with your advice, thanks. |
