Subject: Gravenhurst Tri - July 13 (Multisport event)
Anyone done it in the past? Just wondering what the bike route and run is like? Hilly, flat, etc. Any comments appreciated.

Great....guess I should keep at the hill training!!!! Is that hilly on both the bike and run routes?

As far as I know... and this is from riding in that area the last couple years... the hills aren't as big as cycling around the escarpment... but there are plenty of rollers. The bike course looks a little confusing so be prepared. There are 3 - 180 deg. turn arounds in the 40km ride.

I'm going in for the Oly on Saturday... have a great race everyone.
