I have been watching every night and haven't seen any scuba bubbles, and they sure as hell aren't letting people free dive under them. But someone is down there I would guess a high-res camera mounted to the bottom in a housing or even embedded in the bottom of the pool which is operated remotely.

You can see the cameras mounted on the bottom of the pool when they show some of the up close side shots. Looked to be sticking out and not embedded. |
