i used that coach troy spinervals that takes you through the lake placid course.  was good for use over the winter on the trainer.  otherwise, a few times a week i use spinervals or trainright videos.

somehow i dont think i answered your question.

Coach troy as a dvd called "tough love", 3 hours of intervals.  Its a great one.

In addition to the above I highly recommend the Spinerval DVD called Time Trialapalooza.  Very effective workout for raising your FTP and can be done in about an hour or so.  Do this one once a week.

check out the Ultra Plan here : www.opentri.com

Most of the bike sessions during the 20 week "pre-season" are designed for the trainer.

I used them throughout the winter to train for IMLP. You shoud get some good ideas. Not easy, but good

I do about 80% or more of my training overall on the trainer secondarily to children and work issues. I love the Spinervals intervals. The Tough Love 3 hr one is very tough. I also like the 2 hour Have Mercy. They do have a 6 hour one I believe, but I don't have that one.
