while i was running today i was wondering what it is better to be the fastest in compared to other people in your age group/ people you are racing against.

i think i am fastest on my bike, then swim, then run. when doing events individualy.

when were racing i was thinking that it would be best to be fastes on bike, run then swim just because of the distances that each on each one of them

this make since?

Makes sense. I'm a cyclist so I can usually catch up to most of the people that out swam me. And I'm a decent runner so I do my best to hold off as many of the people that I passed as I can during the run.

Can't argue with your logic. My sucky swims this year have made me feel like Superman on the bike leg with an Average Joe run to follow. There's still time to put it all together!
