Like my Dad used to say, "Nobody likes a redneck until their car won't start."
And he meant that in the most respectful way!

Haha! In high school, I had some kid back his pick-up into my (not moving) car. Luckily, they were sorta redneck-y and the dad was a mechanic, and was p*ssed at his son for being stupid. Fixed my car for free, didn't tell the insurance companies. All was good

I laughed!  But, they look happier than a lot of us, reference the "Divorced thread" or the unsupportive  tri-widow/er threads

In all seriousness, Best Wishes to the happy couple. It said they'd been together nine years. That's longer than many marriages today.

Honestly, I would rather have a wedding at a Waffle House with close friends and family than a huge, massive, expensive wedding. Heck...I'm all about flying out to Vegas and doing the drive thru wedding chapel.

I got married in Vegas for the whole $120

My sister, who lives in Gwinnett County, GA, sent me this. I assure you she is not a redneck, but apparently many of her neighbors are:

Be sure to scroll down and 'enjoy' the slide show. Tattoos, smoking, mini skirts, milk crates for chairs ... sounds like a wedding to me!

Dude, where's the scattered, smothered, covered, chunked, diced hash browns? Besides, there is nothing like waffle house at 3am!
