Good morning, Slayers.
I figure it would be much easier to track our progress if we have a daily thread for what we've put in for the day.
To that end, I have completed:

100 jumping jacks
100 crunches
62 pushups
5 miles run

Let's seize the day, team!

d'oh! i just posted this on the other thread! hee hee. okay, in the last 24 hours i've done:

200 jumping jacks,
200 sit-ups/crunches
40 push-ups (push-ups kick my butt, well, arms anyway!)
4.5 miles of running
1000 yards of swimming
0 yrs in the saddle (first riding day of this week is tomorrow).

Hi! I did at least 40 crunches this morning and 10 push ups. Not much, but I've never done them before! Thanks for the motivation!

Sorry if I seem like a slacker this week-end, I'm attending a back course for my work Fri/Sat/Sun

I have managed 50 sit-ups and 20 push-ups in addition to the 60 min core work we did today, I hope to run and bike tomorrow if we get done at a reasonable time.

(rode 13 miles )

With yesterday, totals are:
140 crunches
80 pushups
0 jumping jacks
2 miles running
